Founder

Ryan Rogowski- Founder, Owner

Ryan, a seasoned professional with over 13 years of experience in healthcare, sales, and account management, brings a wealth of expertise in insurance eligibility screening, admission authorization, patient accounting, new business development, PPC advertising, and digital marketing. With a comprehensive understanding of admissions, alumni, case management, and marketing departments, as well as programming development, Ryan also boasts 9 years of supervision and leadership experience.

Having successfully managed vendors for years, Ryan possesses a deep understanding of effective strategies and has a proven track record in building and establishing 3 thriving Call Centers. Recognized for his exceptional interpersonal skills, Ryan excels in client interactions, collaboration with colleagues, and engaging with managers and leadership. Additionally, as a United States Navy Veteran, Ryan brings a unique perspective and dedication to his work.

Operations Manager

Danny Knappick

Danny comes to Digital Elements with a rather unique and robust set of skills and life experiences attributed to his professional portfolio. Such areas of note include: the building trades, city politics, real estate, sales, marketing, and most prominent, the field of behavioral health. Danny has worked in the behavioral health sector for over 12 years. His most recent title was Director of Admissions in which he served for one of the largest behavioral health companies in the country.

Having persevered as a leader in an ever-evolving behavioral health industry, through a lingering pandemic, a multitude of company acquisitions and regime changes while maintaining record numbers and productivity has only imbued his sense of purpose and resolve professionally. His exceptional written & verbal communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are what have afforded him the opportunity to pursue his professional goals. These life lessons, across the multidisciplinary fields of study, have further augmented his overall knowledge and understanding of how industries operate in the present climate, which in turn has prepared him for this role of Operations Manager.
